Breaking the Spell of Success-At-All-Costs

Is Your Identity Just Armor in Disguise?
What if the version of you that “gets things done”, is indeed the very thing holding you back?
This week’s episodes of The Inner Empire ask you to question the identity you’ve spent a lifetime perfecting. Because if your sense of self is built on performance, control, and proving...you’re not leading…you’re surviving. And it’s costing you more than you realize.
🛡️Episode 20: The Armor You Thought Was You
Productivity. Validation. Control. These might feel like personality traits...but what if they’re just armor? In this powerful episode, Seth explores Identity Architecture...the way our beliefs, behaviors, and leadership style are formed from societal expectations and emotional survival strategies. If you’ve ever felt trapped by your own reputation, this one will hit home.
📖Episode 21: The Story Beneath the Success
What drives the high achiever in you? Is it vision…or fear? In this episode, Seth reveals the deeper narrative buried beneath our drive to succeed...and how it often trades authenticity for applause. It’s time to break the cycle of performative leadership and reclaim your inner calm, clarity, and conviction.
These episodes challenge everything you’ve been told about what it means to be a strong leader…and offer you a new way forward rooted in truth, not performance.
🎧Listen to Episodes 20 and 21 here and follow the show for new episodes every Motivational Monday and Fun Friday.
And remember...the real empire isn’t what you build…it’s who you become.
How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.
